Our Microsoft Dynamics services team will work with clients to define the best support strategy for the business. Once those requirements are understood and agreed, we will move to the service design phase to determine how we can best support you in the delivery of the managed service. Our Service Catalogue enables us to provide flexible service options that meet the individual needs of all our customers. This can depend on their size, maturity of their systems and skills and availability of IT staff. Having designed the managed service that works best for Client- offering the full spectrum of our services, we can then transition support to the client. Once the service is live and moved into the operational phase, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which were agreed during the design phase become active. We provide this managed service both to our own implementation clients and also many other organizations who already had a live Microsoft solution that was implemented by an internal team or another partner
